Mark has worn many hats in theatre: actor, director, stage manager, theatre manager, and producer. In his current home of Ashland, Oregon, he has worked for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and the Oregon Cabaret Theatre. His directing credits include productions of: Mister Roberts, Reckless, The Last Five Years (West Coast Premier), A Bright Room Called Day, Born Yesterday, Picasso at the Lapin Agile, Bullshot Crummond, Strange Loop and Are You Now or Have You Ever Been?. Mark studied acting at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City with Sanford Meisner. His current theatre hat is as a playwright, creating a fervently researched play about The Group Theatre. In addition to theatre, for over 20 years Mark has led spiritual workshops and sessions. He has led events in New York City, Washington DC, Baltimore, Los Angeles, Portland, Seattle, and the Bay Area.
