Land Acknowledgement

Play On Shakespeare’s headquarters is located on the homelands of the Shasta, Takelma, and Latgawa peoples, colonially known as Ashland, Oregon. We are a remote company with staff working across the United States and we have partners and collaborators across the globe. We want to acknowledge the Indigenous communities and the generations of stewards everywhere Play On Shakespeare's work touches. We live, work, and learn on the traditional lands of many tribes of Indigenous peoples around the world, most prominently in North America.

We encourage you to join us in learning more about the Indigenous peoples who have stewarded and continue to steward the land you inhabit. And we encourage you to join us in supporting Indigenous businesses, community centers, and artists.
