Jennifer Seigle

Associate Director of Research & Practice

Jennifer Seigle is a stage director, choreographer, educator, and arts administrator who is equally at home in the worlds of theatre, opera, and concert dance. She has served as stage director for Arizona Opera’s OperaTunity program and as choreographer/movement coach for Arizona Opera and the Colorado Shakespeare Festival among others. Her work has also been seen on the stages of many educational institutions where she has enjoyed directing and choreographing student performers in a variety of productions. Prior to joining Play On Shakespeare, Jennifer led the dance program at a small college in Arizona, and she previously served as a member of the adjunct faculty at a number of colleges and universities throughout southern California.

Jennifer earned a JD, summa cum laude, from Southwestern Law School where she served as Editor in Chief of the Southwestern Law Review. In addition, she holds both an MFA in Dance and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Shakespeare from the University of Colorado Boulder. She received her BA in Theatre from California State University Northridge.
